About Us

Our focus is to teach the foundations of CrossFit – Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat. Practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, clean, squat, presses, C&J, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits, and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast. Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense. Regularly learn and play new sports.

But that’s simply just the beginning! What we have seen over the 15 years that we have been leading a CrossFit affiliate, CrossFit gives us so much more if we lean in a little bit.

We yearn to create a state of wellness in oneself that enhances confidence, discipline, integrity, desire, commitment, passion, and adventure (just to name a few!)

Our goal is to provide the best environment for you to become a better you! Our coaching consists of constantly varied, functional movements, performed at high intensity. This type of coaching and programming will increase your work capacity over broad time and modal domains. That’s the scientific way to say, “our goal is give you an opportunity to get really fit!” Results are at your fingertips if you choose to go all in with us.

Fitness is a way of life, not something you do every now and then. Fitness is a state of mind that gives purpose and direction to life. We have seen that the fitter a person is, the more they embrace the things in life that bring them joy! Feeling strong, confident, and energetic while going about everyday activities like, playing with the kids, competing in sports, or traveling across the globe will become a natural part of your CrossFit journey. Being fit in all aspects of life adds years to your life and life to your years!
