NUTRITION FOOD LOG
Here is where we teach you the basics of quality of food and quantity of food. We will ask for one week of a food log with everything that you ate for that week and when you ate it. We will sit down and have a brief meeting with you about how to improve the types of food you eat, as well as introduce you to the education of macros like carbs, proteins, and fats. This option is all about educating you to help you reach your goals!

Here is where we teach you the basics of quality of food and quantity of food, plus we take you through 30 days of accountability. You will have the opportunity to learn how to improve the types of food you eat, as well as the specific amount of macros like carbs, proteins, and fats you should be aiming to eat each day in order to reach your goals. We form a 30 day private Facebook group where we educate you about what you are putting in your body as fuel PLUS give you recipes and other resources to help you continue this lifestyle of eating past the 30 days. This option is all about education AND accountability to help you reach your goals!
