While Crossfit performance and fitness programs provide the GPP needed on an every day basis, many of us are also looking for some auxiliary lifting and movements to close the gaps on some glaring weaknesses as well as building additional strengths.
The LiftFIT workouts address this need of many of our members. These workouts are programmed 2-3 times per week allowing members to fit them in at the most convenient time for the athlete or with a group during scheduled class times.
SCHEDULE: Workouts may be completed during any available gym hours. Use "Open Gym" space to complete the programming.
