We customize challenging workouts specifically for the trunk or midsection region. You will work through a 10-20 minute workout that will teach you how to control and use your core properly to prevent injury to your trunk and/or extremities through proper motor patterns. These intense abdominal exercises designed to create and define a strong core within you. This programming is the perfect compliment to any style of workout.
