30-Min QuickFIT is a new class we are offering with a quicker, 30 minute time frame! If you need a fast and effective class, QuickFIT is a great option. This program is a lighter version of our regular Crossfit workout. QuickFIT is a high cardio workout. There will be less barbell movements and heavy weight and more body weight movements, kettlebells, dumbbells and high rep workouts. This program will be designed for anyone looking for something a little different than what we are offering each day with our Crossfit Performance workout.
Are you or someone you know nervous to try Crossfit? Are you afraid of the heavy weight or difficult movements? Do you deal with past injuries that would make it difficult to follow our normal programming? Then the QuickFIT program is just what you're looking for. That is why we added the QuickFIT program. For anyone and everyone that wants to do a little less intense, lighter version of Crossfit.
New members specific to CrossFit QuickFIT do not have to complete the "On Ramp" course that is required of CrossFit class members.
