To provide the most effective, balanced health and fitness program. The focus of CrossFit is to teach the foundations of proper movement and sound nutrition. Not only this, but to create a state of wellness in oneself that enhances confidence, discipline, integrity, dedication, courage, responsibility, commitment, and adventure. Fitness is a way of life, not something you do every now and then. Fitness is a state of mind that gives purpose and direction to life. I have seen that the fitter a person is, the more they embrace the things in life that bring them joy! Feeling strong, confident, and energetic while going about everyday activities, playing with the kids, competing in sports, or traveling across the globe is what you will experience through the quality coaching with CrossFit Hendersonville. Being fit in all aspects of life adds years to your life and life to your years! Developing a healthy, vibrant, and strong community that impacts not only your life, but the lives of those around you is the heart of CrossFit Hendersonville.
What CrossFit Hendersonville is about…
The CrossFit style training isn’t something that you typically see in the gym. It is not your ordinary workout, but it is for ordinary people looking for dramatic results. My passion for fitness might be something that you are not used to. Some of you are wondering if what we do is right for you. If you are willing to put in the work and commit to a life of health and fitness then you will succeed in the CrossFit environment. The atmosphere is one of support and camaraderie. The family we have created is one of dedication and honesty that will inspire, motivate, and push you to new limits!
The programming and movements are designed for universal scalability, and I’ve trained everyone from the elderly to children to moms to business executives. There has not been one person who hasn’t seen gains from this style of training – and that’s exactly what makes it different from any other training program around.
You can participate because the workouts are designed to fit you. The workouts will meet you right where you are, regardless of your fitness history. I will warn you though, don’t expect to stay there too long! Be ready to put in the work to be your best and the workouts will take you to places you never thought you could go! You’re selling yourself short if you don’t make the effort to be the fittest person that I’m pretty sure you’d like to be.
At some point in our lives, we all started out EXACTLY where you are, so I get it. Keep your body young, healthy, and fit. Reclaim it if you lost it! CrossFit is here, and I’m waiting to bring you into a community that you’re going to love.

By keeping the training and workouts constantly varied (if not random), using functional movement and raising the level of intensity, we improve in all 10 fitness areas. No one knows what the workout will be until they walk into the gym. This keeps you from being bored and repeating the same routine day after day, week after week. Routine is our enemyHowever, without a sound diet and nutrition plan, no fitness program on Earth will be worth anything nor will you reach your true potential. The success our members achieve is 90% due to the way they eat. Diet and nutrition is our foundation in this hierarchy.
Nutrition counseling is available through frequent nutrition seminars held at the FMC, website resources, and 1-on-1 counseling sessions scheduled at your convenience.
