CrossFit Hendersonville athletes, friends, and family! Come to the box at 7:00pm Saturday evening for some ROWING, MOVIES, FOUR SQUARE, and SNACKS!
We are going to have a big party, play games, eat snacks, and Row a Marathon together as a team. If you are on a team, you better come with your game face AND if you are not on a team yet, come anyway! I will gladly add you to my team.
