    Greg Canella got me thinking the other day when he mentioned the total number of pull-ups involved in the challenge. So, for those still in the pull-up challenge here are some numbers to think about. If you’re not in the challenge you may want to stop reading here in case we do it again in the future.

    Total pull-ups completed to date (assuming you have finished today, day 95)=4,560. Total remaining to be done=490. Total pull-ups for all 100 days=5050. So you are 95% complete on days, 90.3% complete on the number of pull-ups.

    Props to Trey for doing 185 POST WOD pull-ups to get current this week. That’s strong!
