		<description>You asked Thursday what benefits, changes we have seen from fitness.  I finished a Triathlon today I would never have attempted much less completed 2 years ago. 

I was underprepared for the heat and distance but every time I wanted to quit, when the cramps got too bad to pedal or run, the thought came to mind, &quot;you can do it, just keep moving, walk if you have to, stretch, but keep moving...CrossFitters don&#039;t quit mid-WOD&quot;.  There is no way I would have kept going even a year ago and no way I could even attempt it 2 years ago.  My time was horrible but I finished it!  Next time I&#039;ll be faster.  After a rest ;-)</description>
