Marine Workout of the Month
Start your weekend off right with us at 8am at the gym as we begin our partnership with the local Marine recruiting office. Once a month we will be hosting a Marine Workout of the Month. Several Poolees (those waiting to enter boot camp) and Marines will be present to join us for the normally scheduled Saturday morning FREE workout. Bring a friend and introduce them to CrossFit and introduce yourself to our guests. See you there!

You asked Thursday what benefits, changes we have seen from fitness. I finished a Triathlon today I would never have attempted much less completed 2 years ago.
I was underprepared for the heat and distance but every time I wanted to quit, when the cramps got too bad to pedal or run, the thought came to mind, “you can do it, just keep moving, walk if you have to, stretch, but keep moving…CrossFitters don’t quit mid-WOD”. There is no way I would have kept going even a year ago and no way I could even attempt it 2 years ago. My time was horrible but I finished it! Next time I’ll be faster. After a rest
