    I look forward to them. I can’t wait to see if my PR’s will improve after cycle three on our weights. I love getting stronger. It builds confidence and character. EVERYONE is doing so GREAT and I love watching all of us get better each day.

    A little off topic but I am really starting to dilike pull-ups after this morning. I did 70 last night at Drakes Creek, 60 during the WOD this morning followed by 71 after the WOD. I tried to trim my callouses just now and found blisters under them.

    But then, when I started I couldn’t do 7 good pull-ups much less 70+. CorssFit Hendersonville Rocks!
