A LIL’ BIT MORE FROM THE CROSSFIT SECTIONALS LAST WEEKEND…WOD 2 OF 4

I have gotten a little feedback from you guys about competing with CrossFit CFT, but I want SOME MORE before we start moving on to get this thing happening.  I will have a SIGN-UP sheet in the gym for those that want to post their workout times up against others to give you a lil’ extra push during a WOD.  Click HERE to see an example of this happening at CrossFit Santa Clara.  If you are into competition, then this is your thing.  If you shy away from competition this might not be your thing to commit to.  If you aren’t sure, try it a week or two then make your decision!

These workouts are not going to be programmed into the regular weekly schedule.  You may come in and do this on your own or come in on a Saturday morning and get it done then.  If you are wondering about certain times you could do then come talk to me.  Check the schedule to see when the gym is open if you aren’t familiar with the classes.
