PALEO CHALLENGE PARTICIPANTS:
You guys are rockin’ this challenge in the first couple of weeks! With roughly 25 participants at this point, you guys have lost a combined total of 120+ pounds! Keep logging your food and staying on track this week. I will take a look at your food logs and see if your protein/fat levels are better and hopefully I will see a few less cheat meals!
ATHLETIC SKILLS LEVEL 1:
Many of you are close to completing the Level 1 Skills Testing. You have 2 more weeks to continue to work on the skills that are holding you from advancing to Level 2! Get to the gym early, stay late, use your warm-up as a skills test, and get continue to mark them off! And you just never know what you might win if you work hard at being a “Level 1 Athlete!”
