*Modify with 15/10 reps for different levels.

In teams of 3, rotate between exercises, only moving on when partners have completed movements.  Work with same fitness level to share box height, KB weight, and pull up band!

Hendersonville Produce is hosting “Farm Fresh Food Fest” at The Shoppes at 360 East Main St. today, Sat. Feb 6th from 12:00 pm -2:00 pm.  This was rescheduled from last Sat!

Stop by for information on CSA Sign -ups, Cafe Rakka food demonstrations, raw food demonstrations, and more!  Hendersonville Produce is right across the street as you leave from our gym.  Very convenient!  They have all sorts of local veggies and fruits, almond butter, Greek Yogurt, hummus, nuts, and more.  Shop at Hville Produce to support our local farmers.  You can even meet the farmer tomorrow at the Food Fest!
