“TEAM Tabata This”

Tabata Squat

Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are pull-ups, the second 8 are push-ups, the third 8 intervals are sit-ups, and finally, the last 8 intervals are squats. There is no rest between exercises.

There will be a total of 4 team members.  At the end of the workout, you will total the lowest # of reps per movement for your total score.  Example, 4 pull-ups, 5 push-ups, 9 sit-ups, 10 squats would total 28.  Whoever has the highest # is exempt from the penalty…burpees!  Within 1 minute of finishing the workout, 2nd place has to complete 15 burpees.  3rd place has to complete 20 burpees. 4th place has to complete 25 burpees.
