Running “CINDY”

With a partner complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes:

400m Run

2 Rounds of “Cindy”:

5 Pull-ups, 10 Push-ups, 15 Squats

* Partner A will complete run, while Partner B completes “Cindy”.  You must complete the movement/movements before switching.

We will still meet tomorrow morning unless you see another post saying “Canceled.”  I will send out an email and make a post at 7:00 am IF we are canceled.  If we are not, you will not hear from me and come on into the gym for workout and seminar!
