DSC07064Watch out for this new CrossFit Hendersonville member!  Karen Cannella is coming in with some upper body strength. Be prepared to see Karen setting the bar high for the ladies weight tomorrow during her first max attempt at SP!

I’m expecting to see some new PR’s tomorrow/Tuesday.  We performed the SHOULDER PRESS during the CROSSFIT TOTALS on Dec 21st and 22nd, so check your notebooks and shoot for a 5lb increase.  If you were not in class either of those days, look at Jan 4/5th to see if you performed the 5 sets of 5 and judge how to increase your loads by those #s.

Here is our kick off to learning about FATS week.  We are starting with the ones who have the worst rep, SATURATED FATS. These fats give us our energy!  Why would our body store excess carbohydrates as fat if we didn’t need it?
