We had a big day today with 10 new PR’s on “Helen.” Congrats to Jerri Vetetoe, Sara Hay, Joy Gregory, Teresa Shaw, Kathy Smith, Kristy Griner, Jessica Shelton, Wanda Lannom, Greg Cannella, and Marty Cook. Not only did they beat their times, but some did it with heavier kettlebells and pull-up assist bands compared to jumping pull-ups. Give a Congrats to your fellow CrossFitters if you see them in the gym!
