35 Thrusters, Run 2 Laps

35 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls, Run 2 Laps

35 Burpees, Run 2 Laps

Modified:

25 reps, 1-2 Laps

Beginner:

15 reps, 1 Lap

Paleo Day 1 Tip of the Day:

Take time to prepare your meals for the week.  Before you know it, your time will be swept away.  For a successful change in your diet, you must take a couple hours each week to go to the grocery, cook some protein, and plan your meals.  Post any questions to comments!
