okay so on the 40 day challenge diet are we allowed to have sea salt without losing points?

How about honey? Some recipes on paleodiet.com contain honey and sea salt. Not sure if those are allowed.
    Thanks,
    Michelle

  2. Lindsey says:

No, sea salt and honey are out. You will lose 1 point for consuming those foods. Use spices to replace the sea salt and we are going sugar free for 40 days! Even the raw sugar like honey and agave nectar.
